Saane Siale, CSW
Welcome, Future Client(s)! Whether it's your first time looking for a therapist or not, I am here for you! If you are looking to reduce suffering in your life and become more of an expert on your mental health and how to better cope with what life throws at you, you've come to the right place! My name is Saane (Sah-neh) and I am a Pasifika/Pacific Islander therapist, from the Bay Area with an MSW from the University of Utah. I specialize in working with neurodivergent youth, LGBTQIA+ adults, BIPOC communities, and survivors of complex trauma.
My experience includes supporting clients through grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adoption, sexual trauma, DV, trafficking, etc., as well as working with children who have ADHD, and older adults living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s. I offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care rooted in empathy and respect for each client’s unique identity.
I understand the importance of prioritizing your mental health with a comprehensive understanding of all the different layers of lived experience that impact your well-being. I am here to help guide you through navigating the unique parts of your mental health journey with compassion, patience, and safety.
